Ayuda Health Device Connections & Instructions

Meet multiple health goals all in one place. Through the Ayuda Health application, you can track up to a dozen vital signs and activity measurements by connecting multiple devices.  Ayuda can obtain and store data from both Health Connect and Apple Health with user permission.

Health Connect

Health Connect acts as a central hub on Android phones, allowing data from various medical and fitness devices or applications to be shared with other compatible health management platforms. Devices generally connect via their own specific application, which in turn syncs data to Health Connect.

Ayuda can help you track multiple vitals in one place by following these steps:

  1. Install Health Connect from the Google Play store.
  2. Open Health Connect and connect your device’s native app to it.
  3. Enable Ayuda Health permission to access the readings from Health Connect.

Apple Health

Apple Health is a central app on iOS (iPhone or iPad) that securely gathers, organizes, and displays your health data from your devices and compatible applications. Ayuda can help you track multiple vitals, generate reports, and facilitate healthcare appointments through the following instructions:

  1. Connect your device or smart watch to your iPhone via the device’s or watch’s app
  2. Open the Apple Health application, go to your Profile, then Devices, select your device’s/watch’s app, and ensure data permissions (like steps, heart rate, workouts) are enabled to “Turn All Categories On” or specific ones
  3. Grant Ayuda Health permission to access the readings from Apple Health.
