Ayuda Health is an AI-based mobile application for all-around health management. It helps you track medications, vitals, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle goals in one place, and share reports with your doctor or caregiver.

Yes. The app is free to download and use for core features, including unlimited medication tracking, device connectivity, symptom logging, and appointment management. Full features cost USD 5.99 per month.

No. Add every medication and every supplement you take. There is no cap on any tier.

Devices and Connectivity

Ayuda Health connects through HealthConnect, Apple Health, and Bluetooth. Supported devices include Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Google smartwatches, Dexcom continuous glucose monitors, Abbott FreeStyle Libre, digital blood pressure monitors, and smart scales.

No. Smartwatch connectivity is optional. You can track medications, log symptoms, manage appointments, and use most features without any connected device, entering vitals manually when you need to.

Privacy and Security

Yes. Ayuda Health is HIPAA-aligned in the United States and PIPEDA-aligned in Canada. Your data is encrypted and never sold to third parties.

Yes. You can generate PDF reports of your data at any time. You can also request deletion of your data.

Caregiving

Yes. Ayuda Health supports both patient and caregiver use. You can set up a profile for a loved one, add their medications, track their vitals, and manage their appointments from your phone.

Ayuda Health is committed to multilingual access. Spanish-language caregiver pages are available on the website. Additional in-app language support is part of our multilingual commitment.

The app is designed for simplicity. Prescription scanning uses the phone camera. Reminders are tied to daily routines. Caregivers can set up and manage a profile remotely, so your parent does not have to configure anything themselves.

Yubi AI Assistant

Yubi is the AI-based personal health assistant inside Ayuda Health. Yubi provides nudges when you miss a medication dose, alerts you when a vital is out of range, and answers health-related questions.

No. Yubi is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Yubi supports you between appointments and escalates out-of-range vitals appropriately, but it never replaces your clinician.

Diet and Lifestyle

Take a photo of your meal. Ayuda Health assesses how it aligns with the Mediterranean, ketogenic, or plant-based diet. No manual calorie counting required.

You can set goals for diet, sleep, physical activity, and stress management. Physical activity is tracked by connecting your smartwatch.
